Warranty Time Period:
The Warrant provided herein is a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

What the Warranty Does Cover:
The warranty does cover: (a) factory defects, (b) defects in the materials other than hardware and electronics, (c) hardware and electronics have a one(1) year warranty from the date of original purchase.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
This Warranty does not cover: (a) damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature or humidity, or abnormal strain; (b) accidental or intentional damage; (c) damage in shipping; (d) the repair or replacement of expendable maintenance items including, but not limited to, strings, tuning machine heads, batteries, or scratched pickguards; (e) normal fret wear; (f) plating on metal parts; (g) cracking or other damage to the finish; (h) any damage from accessories (synthetic straps, etc.); (i) an Instrument whose serial number has been defaced; (j) tonal characteristics (tone is a subjective matter and is not warranted); (k) any Instrument purchased from other than an approved Anthem dealer; (l) wood discoloration and finish changes due to natural aging process.
To Obtain Warranty Services:
To obtain warranty service the Instrument must be returned to Chesbro at its address listed herein through an approved Anthem dealer. A return authorization number, to be obtained from Chesbro Customer Service Department, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return shipping carton or the return will be refused. When returning the Instrument for service under this Warranty, a copy of the sales receipt establishing proof and time of purchase must be sent along with the Instrument. All freight and insurance must be paid by the original owner.

You must maintain this Instrument, without alteration, negligent use, misuse, or abuse. All service of this Instrument must be performed by Chesbro, or an Anthem authorized repair station. If any service is not performed by Chesbro, or an Anthem authorized repair station, it will terminate this warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED; ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
